Where do your products come from?
We partner with an industry-leading supplier and printing company based out of North Carolina. They source all their products from trusted brands worldwide, focusing
on sustainability, quality.
What if we have an issue with a product that was ordered?
We all know mistakes happen. Sometimes an order is shipped, and the quality of the graphic is off. We are happy to issue you a new shirt at no charge. We ask that you complete a product quality form by providing us with more information about the issue and uploading product images. Once we receive the form and confirm the issue, we will submit a new order immediately.
How long does shipping take?
On average, products are shipped and delivered within 7-10 business days once an order is placed.
Is there an annual fee after the first year?
We do charge an annual maintenance fee to keep your shop in operation. This fee covers new apparel designs and products, shop services, and order management.
Is it a lot of work to build and launch our shop?
For you, it's very simple... complete an onboarding form, approve designs, and promote your shop. That's it! We do the rest.
Who designs our shirts?
Many churches have internal talent that can create designs that we can upload to our products and publish to your site. Otherwise, designing merch is our specialty! We are more than happy to provide design services for your church.

How long does it take to set-up a merch shop?
It depends on the responsiveness of the client. We aim to develop a fully functional shop within 4-6 weeks upon completion of the partner onboarding form. We do charge a small rush fee in the event you need a turnkey shop in a few weeks.
